Alumni
The alumni organisation serves to connect ESB alumni of different generations within Germany and internationally. With over 3000 members, the ESB Alumni association is one of the biggest and most active associations of alumni in Germany. Members meet frequently all over the world at regulars' tables. Regional, social events as well as the alumni weekend help to sustain the alumni tradition.
Furthermore many members of this society are now acting as mentors for current ESB students. Within this unique opportunity students have the chance to develop themselves on a personal and professional level and are able to get interesting insights and advice directly from the world of business. With the help of these contacts internships as well as jobs can be arranged.
For students the alumni society offers a practical online data base containing information about personal contacts, internships, jobs and housing. Additionally, the website shows helpful internship evaluations and reports about continuing university programmes.
In cooperation with the alumni the alumni society also organises the so called alumni-coaching. Within several workshops students have the possibility to obtain information and advice for their starting their career. Further events regularly on offer are: the graduate studies forum which tries to raise awareness for interesting, continuing study programmes and the alternative careers forum which informs students about alternative careers for ESB alumni.
