NMUN 2011: Representing Cameroon
Succeeding great participation as a delegation in the National Model United Nations (NMUN) for Kuwait in 2009 and Columbia in 2010, now the third delegation from the ESB Business School travelled to Now York, to represent Cameroon in April 2011.
The delegation is composed of 20 students who study the subjects International Business and Management, share more than seven nationalities and one Great Spirit. In pairs of two, we will work on ten specified UN committees, and create drafts, proposals and position papers.
During the simulation, delegates are expected to demonstrate their high diplomatic capability on the global stage. In New York, we they met and worked with more than 4,000 students from all over the world - each team member having to cope with this exciting mixture of nationalities, cultures and perspectives.
