First class of 'International Management' in Mumbai graduates in July - 48 applicants for one place in the programme for the class of 2012
July 2011 will see the first students graduating from the programme “International Management”. A lot of work and networking and moreover extremely high course achievement are at the basis of this programme which is now entering its “second round”. 1,200 candidates have applied for one of the 25 places in the programme and were invited for selection interviews in Mumbay recently.
A good reason for Prof. Dr. Ottmar Schneck, dean of ESB Business School, to travel to India with Prof. Dr. Dennis A. De, director of the Centre for European Business Studies, in order to discuss the intensification of this promising study programme with the responsible parties in Mumbai. The talks with Dr. Sesha Iyer (Director SPJIMR) focused on an extension of the course offerings and the intensification of company partnerships for the recruitment of excellent Indian graduates for companies in Germany.
