German-Spanish programme (IPBS)
Students who choose the German-Spanish programme study half of their time at ICADE at Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid and half at ESB Business School in Reutlingen. Whether the first half is spent at ESB Business School or in Spain depends on the personal preferences of the applicant and on their command of Spanish. A work placement is completed in each country in the third and sixth semesters.

On successful completion of the eight-semester programme, graduates are awarded two international degrees:
- Bachelor of Science in International Management (ESB Business School),
- Graduado Superior en Ciencias Empresariales Internacionales (ICADE).
Students with a higher than average level of academic achievement and at least 9 months’ professional experience can take an extra semester of studies at a top class ECTS partner school in a third country in the third or sixth semester, instead of taking an internship in Germany.
