The Curriculum
Within three years the MBA programme International Management will prepare you comprehensively and in a practice-oriented way for management tasks. Apart from solid technical knowledge our participants will gain decisive core competences in international management and marketing. These include soft skills such as the skill of constructive interaction and solution-oriented teamwork, leadership ability and intercultural competence. In the first year, the teaching of knowledge in business administration and economics forms the basis for entrepreneurial thinking. The strategic cultivation of international markets and the integrating use of management competences form the focus of the second study phase. The specialisations of the third study phase allow the student to deal with special issues in finance, marketing and international management. All areas of knowledge are taught in compact modules which finish with an exam each:
