How can business schools best support their students on their way to a global career now and in the future? This 2-day interactive workshop gives colleagues from globally active business schools the opportunity to address this question from various stakeholder perspectives. Colleagues from international offices, career services and degree programmes are invited to engage in interactive sessions and to discuss with expert speakers from business and research. In the ’Futures Thinking’workshop, you will learn how to identify emerging issues, develop different futures scenarios, and generate ideas about how to work towards your desired future.

The following questions will be addressed:

• What do global employers expect from business graduates? How does this correspond to the student mindset? 
• Which formats do universities employ to support internationalisation and practice-orientation and how effective are they?
• What could the future profile of international business graduates look like? What is coming next?
• How can business schools prepare for the changes ahead?
