To the Job Exchange

Approximately 40 renowned national and international companies are involved in the Association for the Promotion of International Management Education (V.I.M.A. e.V.). The association supports ESB Business School in the following areas.

Realisation and intensification of contacts between theory and practice for students and lecturers: Many students take their first career steps in companies that support the V.I.M.A. e.V.

Promotion and expansion of Bachelor's and Master's programmes with a high level of practical relevance.

Supporting the transfer of knowledge between academia and practice (e.g. participation of company representatives in teaching, completion of company projects and case studies by students).

Every semester, companies offer numerous workshops, lectures and excursions through the Career Centre. Students have the chance to participate in case studies, innovation workshops, business games and job application training. They gain valuable experience at these events and get to talk personally with employees from the companies.

ESB Business School students receive information on all events, their topics and conditions of participation by e-mail, on notice boards and via the Career Center's JobTeaser.

Companies can find the right talent for their vacancies in ESB Business School's CV database and graduate catalogue.

In the CV portal database, students can present their knowledge and experience in a CV profile, e.g. before our two career fairs. Companies contact interesting candidates directly and invite them for interviews during the company fairs on campus, for example.

Students who are about to graduate can register in the graduate catalogue.
