International Guest Lecturers

ESB Business School regularly invites international lecturers and company representatives to give lectures, seminars and workshops. Students thus gain an insight into current international developments, enhance their intercultural skills and build an international network.

Are you interested in lecturing at ESB Business School?

Lecturers and company representatives from all over the world with experience in International Business Administration and in International Business Engineering are cordially invited to teach in our Bachelor's, Master's and MBA programmes. As guest lecturers at ESB Business School, they become a part of our international community.

We are pleased to welcome international guest lecturers from the following fields:

  • Human Resources Management & Organisation
  • Digitisation
  • Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship  
  • Logistics and Operations Management

International guest lecturers at ESB Business School are either 'visiting lecturers' or 'guest lecturers'.

Visiting lecturer: As a visiting lecturer you receive a teaching contract and are responsible for one or more modules including assessment. The lectureship comprises at least 2 ECTS credits.

Guest lecturer:  As a guest lecturer, you can offer short seminars or give guest lectures in classes at ESB. This is a good way of getting to know the business school.

We are also happy to welcome international researchers.

If your home university has an Erasmus+ Charter for Higher Education (ECHE), you can receive financial support for your teaching assignment at ESB Business School. EU grants provide a contribution to your costs for travel and subsistence during your time abroad. Your teaching assignment must include at least eight teaching hours per week. Please contact the International Office at your home university for further details.
