By Katrin Reil

New in Tokyo? Visiting London? Looking for a contact in New York? With the Members Map at www.esb-alumni.net you can find ESB graduates all around the world and can get in touch quickly and easily. The new ESB Reutlingen Alumni e.V. platform also has a lot to offer in other ways. More about this and other news from the ESB alumni community:

New ESB Reutlingen Alumni e.V. communication platform

ESB Reutlingen Alumni e.V. started the summer with a bang: For a few weeks now, members of the ESB Business School alumni association have been able to network even more effectively at www.esb-alumni.net. Looking for a mentor? Or a “Stammtisch” in Shanghai? The site is worth a look - also because of the constantly growing number of alumni benefits and the latest news from the ESB alumni community.

Career news:

We congratulate our alumni on their new appointments. May the ESB spirit be with them!

Catrin Hinkel (IPBS 1992) takes over as head of Microsoft Switzerland on 31 May.

Since the beginning of the year, Philipp Schaffer (IB 2006) has been acting as general manager for Eggo Waffles, one of the largest brands in the American Kellogg Company.

Dr. Thomas Wagner (IPBS 2003) has been appointed a member of the board of management by Frankfurter Bankgesellschaft (Deutschland) AG, part of the Frankfurter Bankgesellschaft Group, the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe private bank, effective February 1, 2021. In his new role, he is responsible for overall management.

Further news from the ESB alumni community:

Moritz Möbus (IAT 2011) received the prestigious ICV Award from the International Controller Association. Together with his team at Robert Bosch GmbH, he received the award for the project "Controller of the Future - People make the difference."

The latest issue of the alumni magazine "Europolitan" is devoted entirely to beautiful things: ‘Beauty forever’ is the focus. An interview with Felix Frowein (IPBS 1999) provides a little insight.
