Dr. Björn Ganzhorn, SVP, Head of Customer Advisory for SAP Americas is dedicated to helping customers across the Americas transform their business. With over 30 years of experience in IT, business transformation, and operations, he has worked in both Germany and the United States. His extensive technology background and customer engagement skills drive innovation. He’s a visionary leader with a strong background in software and services industries.
