Application

You have chosen the International Management Part-Time MBA programme and would now like to apply? The following steps are necessary to do so:

1.Read the registration requirements for the study programme carefully.

Registration requirements:

  • General or subject related university entrance qualification
Completed university degree (generally at least a bachelor or equivalent degree)
Graduates from foreign universities can be accepted if their degree is recognised by the Studienkolleg Konstanz (preparatory college). (Information of the Studienkolleg Konstanz on foreign university entrance qualifications). Please observe the deadlines of the Studienkolleg Konstanz
The degree programme is in principle open to graduates in all subjects. However, an MBA is usually designed primarily for non-economists: particularly graduates in technical or natural science subjects such as engineers, computer scientists, physicians, linguists and humanists as well as lawyers are the priority target group of the degree programme.)

  • At least two years‘ professional experience after completing the first degree, preferably work in a company with technical or business character or equivalent professional experience

  • Very good German and English language skills
The language requirements as well as the valid supporting documents are governed by the languages statutes of Reutlingen University. For English you need to provide evidence of at least B2 level. Evidence of sufficient language skills in German is to be demonstrated, for example, by the TestDAF with at least 14 points, or by the DSH2 test.
Within the scope of our cooperation with Vivat Lingua, you can take the test for the language certificate for the winter semester 2019/20 on 19.07.2019 at the latest. For the summer semester 2020 the 11.02.2010 is the last possible date so that the test results can be submitted in time for registration. Please note that costs are incurred for an accelerated correction.

Applicants are deemed particularly suitable if they have already had sufficient professional experience to align their career towards extensive management skills. The course is aimed at managers and high potentials who are operating or wish to operate in international business fields.

We expect the applicants to have a clear career concept and to be highly motivated.
