You have chosen the International Management Part-Time MBA programme and would now like to apply? The following steps are necessary to do so.
Please apply early because THE PRINTED AND SIGNED APPLICATION FORM FOR ENROLMENT WITH ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED AT REUTLINGEN UNIVERSITY BY THE END OF THE DEADLINE FOR ENROLMENT. This is a cut-off deadline, the date of the postmark does not count.
Currently, the following deadlines apply for the submission of documents:
For the winter semester: 15 August
For the summer semester: 15 February
There are a few things you need to prepare for the application for enrolment.
In addition to the application for enrolment, the following supporting documents are required:

We expect applicants to have a clear career concept and a high level of motivation. You are particularly suitable if you already have sufficient professional experience to align your career towards wide-ranging management skills. The course is aimed at managers and high potentials who work or want to work in international business areas.
Allow enough time for your application and take note of lead times, e.g., for language tests or the verification of international certificates. The following formal requirements must be met:
- General or subject-related university entrance qualification
- A successfully completed university degree (usually at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree)
Graduates of international universities can be accepted if their certificates are recognised by the Studienkolleg Konstanz (Center for International Students the Universities of Applied Sciences in Baden-Württemberg) - At least two years of professional experience after completing the first degree, preferably a company activity with a technical or business character or equivalent professional experience
- An excellent command of German and English
The language requirements as well as the valid certificates are governed by the Language Proficiency Statutes of Reutlingen University
For English you have to provide proof of a level of at least B2. Proof of sufficient language skills in German, e.g., TestDAF with at least 14 points or DSH2 test.

By completing the questionnaire early, you open up a time window for yourself and us for any queries and/or submitting additional documents. After submitting the questionnaire we will contact you promptly to arrange an appointment for the aptitude test, provided you meet the admission requirements.
In order to be able to enrol in the degree programme, students must have passed an aptitude test.
The half-hour aptitude test takes place online in the context of an interview with professors of the degree programme.
Appointments for an aptitude test are possible up to 2 weeks before the end of the enrolment period. Please contact us in this regard.
You will receive written confirmation of whether you have passed the aptitude test within 14 days.

Although the word “application“ is used in the link portal, these steps lead directly to the application for registration. This can only be fully completed if you have passed the aptitude test (see Point 3) and have uploaded appropriate evidence of this.
Don’t hesitate to contact us should you need any support.
Please note that after completing the online application for enrolment you can no longer make any changes via the portal to the application for enrolment. For this reason do not reject the study place online in order to make any corrections but contact the admissions and enrolment office of the university.
After completing the online application print your application for enrolment, sign and send it together with all the required supporting documents in due time by post to:

Submit your application and all required documents at the latest by the following dates.

For the summer semester: 15 February
Once your application has been accepted and documents submitted you will receive a notification of fees and a list of any missing supporting documents . Please transfer the semester fees and send any further documents to the admissions office by the enrolment deadline at the latest (see point 6). The documents must have arrived at the university by these deadlines, the date of posting will not be taken as proof.
