At the careers fairs, you get
- a one-day company stand at each fair
- as an ESB partner 25 minutes’ presentation time for your company
- around 650 students on Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes
- highly qualified prospective candidates from a renowned business school
- pre-arranged one-to-one interviews with promising candidates.
What career fairs are held by ESB Business School?
Die International Business Fair
The International Business Fair (IBF) takes place every year in March at the Stadthalle in Reutlingen. It brings together leading companies from various sectors, such as the automotive, beauty and health, fashion, retail, and finance and management consultancy sectors. Registered companies showcase themselves and their career opportunities to the approximately 850 students at ESB Business School.
Das Firmenforum
The Firmenforum (Companies' Forum) takes place every October on the Reutlingen University campus. Our partner companies exclusively showcase themselves in the auditorium, thereby gaining privileged access to promising new talents. Screening potential candidates ensures a particularly efficient day at the fair, as one-to-one interviews can be arranged in advance.
The next trade fair dates are:
- 20 & 21 October 2026: Company Forum (FiFo)
- 23 March 2027: International Business Fair (IBF)
