Graduation ceremony ESB Business School Autumn 2026

Dear Graduates - Class of 2026

Congratulations! You have successfully completed your studies at ESB Business School. Let’s celebrate together in style at the ESB graduation ceremony!

Where: Stadthalle Reutlingen, Manfred-Oechsle-Platz 1, 72764 Reutlingen

When: Saturday 17 October 2026. 

Programme
2.30 p.m. Registration of graduates and collection of gowns and caps
3.00 p.m. Registration of guests & welcome reception
4.00 p.m. Admission to the celebration hall
4.30 - 7.00 p.m. Graduation ceremony and final tossing of caps
from 7.00 p.m. Get-together with food and drinks
9.30 p.m. End

Ticket prices & what’s included
Graduates: 75 € (admission incl. gown and cap rental, champagne reception, get-together with food and non-alcoholic drinks)
Guests: 80 € (admission, champagne reception, get-together with food and non-alcoholic drinks)
Each graduate may purchase up to two guest tickets. If available, additional guest tickets may be ordered from late September. We will inform you in due time.

Registration deadline: 20 September 2026, 11.30 p.m.

Please note:
• All tickets must be booked under the graduate’s name
• Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tickets.
• Admission of graduates and guests only with a valid ticket. Please remember to bring your tickets.
• In early October, we will email all registered graduates with further details about the ceremony. The email will be sent to the email address you provided when you registered.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations are possible until 29 September 2026 subject to a 10% cancellation fee. After this date, cancellations are no longer possible.
Please note that the fee also applies in case of not passing the final exam / not graduating.
