DIME NEXT

The two-year project DIME NEXT (= DIME next partnerships), funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and the German Academic Exchange Service  (09/2020-08/2022), aims in particular to support and successively advance the continuation of the research Master's MSc in Digital Industrial Management and Engineering (DIME) with the existing cooperation as well as the expansion of the MSc DIME Double Degree programme with further renowned international partner universities.

After the implementation phase of the first MSc DIME research Master's programme in cooperation with Stellenbosch University, South Africa, has been successfully completed, it is intended to include further DIME partner universities from different continents in the near future.

For the time being, a multi-directional expansion of the MSc DIME programme with further double degree partner universities in cooperation with ESB Business School, Reutlingen University, is aimed at (in the short to medium term). Subsequently (in the medium to long term), an omnidirectional networking of the MSc DIME study programmes, i.e. of the international partner universities among themselves), is to be realised.

In addition to supporting the implementation phase of the Double Degree MSc DIME programme of ESB Business School, Reutlingen University, with Purdue University, USA (from WS 2020/21), as well as the continuation phase of the (since 2017) existing MSc DIME Double Degree programme with Stellenbosch University, South Africa, (partial) scholarships for the obligatory stays abroad of DIME students at the respective DIME universities could also be successfully applied for within the framework of the DIME NEXT project.
